Autel MaxiSys MS919:

The MaxiSys MS919 features a 9.7-inch touchscreen tablet with Android 7.0 OS powered by an Octa-core processor (2.3GHz Quad + 1.7GHz Quad), substantial 128GB built-in memory to provide diagnostic guidance and test components to confirm repairs. The new MaxiFlash VCMI, functions as a 4-channel oscilloscope, waveform generator, multimeter, and CAN BUS tester. The supporting MS919 software provides a large library of preset guided tests and extensive waveform library, to ensure techs are getting the most Oscilloscope use. The MS919 software outperforms competitors by offering DTC and sensor specific test options to help test more accurately, as well as providing probe and component location diagrams so technicians test while connected correctly.

Hot Functions:

Oil Reset Service: To reset service mileage and service intervals for the Engine Oil Life system;

TPMS Service: To look up the tire sensor IDs from ECU, as well as to perform TPMS programming and reset procedures after sensor replacements;
*Note: The TPMS function cannot program sensors.

EPB Service: To deactivate and activate the brake control system, assist with brake fluid control, open and close brake pads, and set brakes after disc or pad replacement, etc.;

Oscilloscope:

The 4 Channel Oscilloscope is faster with 20MHz Bandwidth, more accurate with 80MS/s sampling data rate, and a 32M memory buffer that stores more complex signals, zoom and replay.

Our pre-set Guided Test and Waveform Library instructs technician’s on use and fault analysis We also provide a large number of cloud preset cases, including connection diagrams, waveform library, reference waveforms, fault case analysis and one-press waveform settings.

Waveform Generator:

The Waveform Generator is used to test a sensor, an actuator, or an ECU without the need to replace them one by one to identify the fault. This is done by simulating signals of various sensors and ECUs, identifying hardware issues.

1. Simulates sensor signals to quickly diagnose ECU, sensor, and wiring harness issues;
2. Simulates ECU signals to perform active tests to verify functions of certain parts (Electronic fan, solenoid valves etc);
3. Simulates actuator signals and verifies the communication status between the actuator and ECU (Electronic fan, solenoid valve, headlight)

Multimeter:

The professional Multimeter will measure Voltage, Current, Resistance, Diode, Frequency/Period, Duty Cycle, Connectivity and Pulse Width.

CAN Bus Check:

The CAN Bus Check can quickly determine whether the OBD pins are functioning correctly.

System Topology:

With our Autel exclusive System Topology Software, the technician can see a colour coded topology display for all vehicle systems and their status on one page!

The display shows the structure of communication between modules, and gives the ability to press on a system module to display any DTC’s and access the system.
